The Grannie offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. The orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Turkey and shipped with one of our transport providers. Please see shipping information below.
All orders, no matter the size, weight or destination are shipped free of charge. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation including personal information and order details. Once you have received this confirmation, your order will be shipped within 48 hours on business days. Please note that it`s not before you have received an order confirmation that your order has been accepted. In the unfortunate event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you by email.
All orders from Turkey are sent with free shipping. Estimated delivery is 2 – 4 days.
We strive for a hassle-free shopping experience on all orders, worldwide. This is why all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning no extra customs duty or value added tax (VAT) appears. The price you pay at checkout is the total price of your order.
